Following reviews of current plans and looking at the future for the site and the surrounding area, we are aware that there are other avenues which could be explored which may appeal to the client. The current site could be used for much greater, more impressive and profitable developments were it a larger size; this is achievable if the client purchases the surrounding properties and land adjacent to the subject site.
If this is an idea that the client would like to entertain, then we would suggest purchasing the site and refurbishing the property to a good standard – as highlighted in the inspection report supplied, the current site has defects which need attending to. Upon refurbishing the site to a clean and good standard, we recommend renting out the site short term to a tenant to occupy (potentially temporary food market stalls, pop-up retail stalls) to provide an income whilst waiting to purchase land/properties in the vicinity.
