Shared link Remote Session

Click on "Sessions" in the left sidebar

Click on the "Create session" button

Enter in the client's name, this helps with finding the session in the list if there are multiple pending sessions

Click on the "Create Session" button

There are two options to connect with a client

1. Tell the client go to www.startcontrol.com and have them enter in the PIN Code

2. Share the URL in an email or chat message

Either options will prompt the client to download and install a program called DamewareRE.exe

After the client installs the program, a session will show up in the Console

• If it doesn't show, refresh the screen

Click on the icon that looks like two computer monitors

A window will pop up with the remote session

Open the Technician Console

Click on the "Start New Session" button
