DRE agents are installed when the computer is imaged and regularly scheduled installations with PDQ. Be sure to follow these instructions completely before attempting to start a remote session with an installed agent.
Click on "Devices" in the far-left sidebar
Click on "All devices" in the left sidebar
Click on "Search devices" near the top right corner
Type in the asset tag for a computer that you want to connect to
Click the magnifying glass in the search box
Click on the dual computer icon that is far-right from the computer name in the search results
Enter in any administrative credentials that are cached on the remote machine
Instruct the user to approve the connection when prompted
Click on "My Computers" near the top left corner
Click on the "Search" text field
Type in the asset tag for a computer that you want to connect to
The search results will filter automatically
Select the computer name in the search results
Click on the "Connect" button in the right section
Enter in any administrative credentials that are cached on the remote machine
Instruct the user to approve the connection when prompted
