Windows Imaging
Windows imaging is the automated process for installing or reinstalling the Windows operating system and all of the default software on the computers used in the district. Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) is used for the automation and Windows Deployment Services is used for booting into MDT over the network (PXE-booting). Both of these roles are installed on the wsus-server.
The current version of Windows that is being deployed is Windows 11 Education 22H2.
