Remote Support

Technology can provide remote support to any district computer using Dameware Remote Everywhere. DRE is a cloud-based remote support solution, which will allow Technology to provide remote support for MJUSD faculty at any location. DRE's admin console is accessed through the browser with the technician account that was created by Technology.

There are two methods for connecting to a computer using DRE:

MJUSD has DRE licenses available for 15 concurrent remote sessions and those licenses renewed at the end of the fiscal year.
