Open Nutrikids POS program
type in the admin school site PIN and click Administrator, and set the school site and line.
Close out of program, and go back in to make sure the school site and line is still correct and didn't go back to the default of LHS Line 1. You may also type in the admin path PIN and click Administrator if you need to make changes to the database connection or central line path
Once you're at the site, go to old POS device with a flash drive (trying to do the following using a network share method doesn't always work).
Find the IDM database folder and copy it to the flash drive
C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Identimetrics\Database
In some cases, there are 2 Database folders. Copy both to the flashdrive if there are.
Move the database folder onto the desktop of the new POS machine on the Administrator Profile.
Wait for IDM to call you, remote them in using the "fastsupport.com" website, and they will install the biometric software. They will need to have you switch over to the profile of the manager near the end. Make sure you note which "side" they set the fingerprint scanners, so you can set the pin pad to the other side and not wipe out the fingerprint scanner details.
Russell should have info on how to install pin pads. If not, call Nutrikids and have them do it. 1 (800) 724-9853
