Follow General Medical Protocol.
Assess for life-threatening injuries and treat per appropriate protocol.
If no life-threatening injuries, transport. Do not perform genital examination.
Do not allow patient to shower, bath, or change clothes prior to transport. Notify law enforcement ONLY at patient request.
Document all visible injuries and patient statements.
