QOHS Vision & Goals

PHILOSOPHY - VISION

Quince Orchard High School is a community of learners committed to providing each student with the environment and opportunity to achieve and excel academically, aesthetically, and physically.  We are dedicated to educating the minds and touching the hearts of our students so that they will leave the school with an appreciation of life-long learning, a sense of self-worth, and the knowledge, skills and motivation necessary to function as caring, contributing, productive members of a rapidly changing world.

Quince Orchard recognizes the diversity of its student body and provides a challenging program for all.  Expectations are high and students and staff strive together to meet their goals.  The staff shares its enthusiasm and models behaviors which facilitate learning.  Students take pride in their own achievements and appreciate the success and accomplishments of others.

Quince Orchard’s successes are a result of a collaborative effort of students, staff, families, and community members.  Through ongoing and open communication, everyone becomes a partner helping students to excel and to recognize the value and the gifts of one’s individuality and uniqueness.

QUINCE ORCHARD HIGH SCHOOL GOALS

The Cougars will fight for victory

Our spirit is rising high

With red, black, and white,

We’ll win the fight

We’re the Cougars of Quince Orchard High!

We’ll gladly show our strength and pride

To overcome our foes.

With red, black and white,

We’ll win the fight!

We’re the Cougars of

Quince Orchard High!

QUINCE ORCHARD

ALMA MATER

by

Justin Indovina and Phil Proctor

Former QO Music Teachers

Hail to thee, our Alma Mater

Ever strong and true;

Lead us in laud and honor

In paths we pursue

Red and Black will ‘ever wave

As we show our Cougar Pride,

We will always proudly say

Hail Quince Orchard High

As we open our doors and welcome students back on campus for the 2023-2024 school year, we are continuing our commitment to student well-being, safety and security to ensure that our students feel welcomed, supported and safe.

To support this commitment, all students will be required to carry and show their Quince Orchard High School student ID. For the first two weeks of school, students can utilize their ID from the 2022-2023 school year. Once student pictures have been taken on September 11th and 12th, they will be required to have a 2023-2024 ID. Students will need to have their student identification every day so Quince Orchard staff can ensure only students are accessing campus during the school day.
