Student Government Association (SGA)

All Quince Orchard High School students are considered members of the SGA and are encouraged to become involved in SGA sponsored events and activities.  The executive committee of the SGA consists of a president, a vice president from each class, a corresponding secretary, a recording secretary, a secretary of technology, a treasurer, and a parliamentarian.  The executive council includes the SGA officers as well as a set of officers from each class.  These officers are responsible for events pertaining solely to their class.  The senior class officers are responsible for planning and executing graduation while the junior class officers are responsible for prom.  All officers are elected by the student body at large in the spring of the preceding school year except freshman officers, who are elected in September.  The SGA holds a General Assembly meeting every month.  The representatives include the above officers and elected representatives from each advisory.  Students are encouraged to attend in order to keep an active role in student affairs.
