Counseling Services
The counseling staff will assist students to:
Select the appropriate courses for their academic and elective programs
Become increasingly aware of their strengths, interests, and options
Cope with personal and social concerns
Increase their ability to make choices and decisions
Develop positive self-awareness including personal safety
Consider various college options and facilitate the admissions process
Explore career and employment options
Students may see counselors before school, during lunch, and after school. At other times students should fill out a form requesting an appointment with their counselor. These forms are available from the Counseling Office Secretary. Parents/Caregivers may call the Counseling Office to schedule meetings with counselors at 240-740-3620.
