For my independent study project I will be focusing on taking pictures of interesting buildings, nature, and everyday things I find pleasing to look at.
Themes I will mainly be exploring are landscapes, nature, and cityscapes. I chose these because I find them all beautiful and interesting. I will try to work on getting good angles, using filters and adding exposure, and taking aesthetic pictures.
Reflection Questions
1. I chose my topics because they represent the things that I love. I used techniques such as good lighting and edited them using higher exposure and contrast.
2. I tried focusing on good angles and filling up most of my space. I used different points of view to capture many different types of pictures.
3. These pictures are significant to me because they all include something I love or are apart of something that means a lot to me. This is why I included food, my dogs, sunsets, nature, snow, and Christmas related objects.
4. I am proud of the pictures that are taken in nature or are using bright colors. I learned that there are many different things in the world to take pictures of, you just have to find it and capture it.
