FOOD!

Food was very important to the Kiowa tribe! The Kiowa's main source of food was the buffalo. Their buffalo hunts were more organized than other tribes. They also hunted Rabbit, deer, and antelope! They did not eat dogs, coyotes, wild birds or fish unless if they were starving! They killed bear for its fat which was used to season their food! They did not raise crops! But they did trade with other Indians for crops. They ate different fruits, berries, wild plants, nuts and roots.
