I am motivated by several factors...

My passion for volleyball is the primary driving force behind my desire to excel in this role. (Hobby/Passion)

I am drawn to the pivotal nature of the setter's position, where I can act as the team's playmaker and orchestrate the offense, significantly influencing the game's outcome. (Ability to Plan)

This responsibility also presents a valuable opportunity to develop my leadership skills, as I will need to guide my teammates and make quick strategic decisions on the court. (Leadership Skills)

I find the personal challenge of mastering the technical and mental aspects of setting to be incredibly fulfilling, motivating me to continually improve and reach new levels of performance.

Mostly have two teams on the court, resulting in the competition of the position.

心得與反思 Reflection

Training as a volleyball setter has taught me the importance of quick decision-making and precise execution. I've improved my leadership and communication skills, learning to guide my teammates effectively. Additionally, I've mastered the technical aspects of setting and gained a deeper appreciation for teamwork and dedication in achieving success. I will want to improve my skills on other positions in the following years, mastering all the skills required (Training jump height and power is required during summer, which, I planned everything already).
