The language of Hawaiʻi, ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, will provide us the journey to explore the culture. Understanding the Hawaiian culture will guide you to learn the Hawaiian language limitless, to the traditional classroom environment. Provide yourself the opportunity to converse basic Hawaiian sentences to advanced levels, protocols through oli (chant), and other various cultural practices.
There are endless opportunities beyond high school. ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi, the Hawaiian language, will provide you a framework to understand the culture of Hawaiʻi, strengthen a sense of community, and provide a world wide view.
Maikaʻi ka papa ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi no nā haumāna i makemake e ʻōlelo i ka ʻōlelo makuahine. Hiki i nā haumāna ke aʻo i nā mea Hawaiʻi ma nā huakaʻi a leʻaleʻa ka papa ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi. Hawaiian language class is great for students who want to learn how to speak our mother tounge. The students can learn all things Hawaiian on field trips and have fun in Hawaiian.

Mai makaʻu i ka hana, makaʻu i ka moloā. Don’t fear work, fear laziness, as said by our kūpuna (ancestors). If you are willing to learn with an open mind, become a proud person of Hawaiʻi, or have the interest in learning the language, this course will be a great place for you.
E leʻaleʻa ana nā huakaʻi me Kumu ʻŌhiʻa. Hiki ke hele i nā wahi like ʻole!!! The field trips will be fun with Kumu ʻŌhiʻa. You can go all over ~to learn.

This class is great for the students who want to learn how to speak Hawaiian. The conversations between the students and the teacher. The teacher has a great relationship with all the students.
