(Assistant) Principal's Message
Dear Brown School Family,
I hope you have recovered safely from The Great Windstorm of 2023. We missed seeing our students on Friday and Monday. We are glad to have everyone back.
The school play this weekend was a hoot! The students were so amazing in putting this production together that JCPS decided to cancel the Friday night performance out of an abundance of caution. Apparently, there was concern that the audience would be blown away by the production. Middle and high school students will get to attend a special school day showing of the play on Friday.
There are many events and happenings coming in the spring. Check out The Bear Essentials each week for announcements!
Respectfully,
Dr. Brian

I can not BELIEVE we are this close to the end of the school year! AAHHH! The middle school darlings continue to show growth as they gear up for the next stage in their academic journey. We are starting the process of looking at scheduling options when it comes to electives for 5th-7th graders next year. If you have any concerns or questions about scheduling for next year, please use our Student Support Request Form to get in touch.
I've loved being able to meet with so many students individually this year for one on one conferences, but as we gear up for the end of the year state assessment and scheduling know that my availability will be somewhat limited. Continue to reach out with the support form and one of our excellent team members in the Student Support Team will be able to assist your student. Thanks!
