It's been a busy few weeks since our return from spring break! We only have a handful of weeks left until summer break, and things are moving along. As we move into the end of the school year it is helpful to remember some coping skills for dealing with anxiety. Here is a link to a video about square breathing that I have found helpful with students before. This can be used in almost any scenario, and is a positive way to work through strong feelings. Again, we have a quiet space in the Student Support Center available to all students should they need a moment to de-stress and de-escalate. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any more questions or concerns for your student.
