Withdrawal of Students & Refund Policy
Withdrawal of Students
Families are reminded that, in agreeing to the Terms and Conditions Governing Enrolment and Admissions at The International School @ ParkCity Hanoi, written notice of withdrawal must be received by the school at least one full academic term before the intended date of withdrawal to avoid forfeit of the Deposit.
There are three options by which notice of withdrawal can be served to the school:
Via email to admissions@isph.edu.vn or the respective Head of Primary or Secondary,
Via the ‘Notice of Withdrawal’ form (Appendix H) submitted to the Admissions Department;
Via a letter handed personally to the Admissions Department.
No other method of notice of withdrawal is deemed valid. This condition applies to all students. The school assumes that a student is automatically progressing into the next year group unless informed otherwise. It is not the responsibility of ISPH to chase any such notice of withdrawal letters.
For clarification, the latest dates for written notice of withdrawal during the 2023-24 academic year are shown in the table below.
Refund Policy
Deposit
The deposit will be refunded in full if the written notice of withdrawal is received by the school at least one full academic term in advance.
Tuition Fee
If a child withdraws from the school during the academic year 2023-24, refunds will be granted only when:
Tuition fees have been paid by the parent(s) in advance for the whole academic year, and
The notice of withdrawal is submitted as outlined above and in the terms and conditions governing enrolment and admissions.
Note: The refunds will be given after the deduction of incentives applied for advance payment of full year tuition (if any) and other pending expenses incurred during the learning process (if any).
