Accessing your child's reports on the ISPH Parent Portal

The End of Term 1 Report 2020/21, and all following reports, will be published digitally via the ISPH Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is a new implementation which gives parents the ability to view reports for all their children in one place and will create an archive of past reports allowing you to track your child’s progress term to term and year on year.

Below are detailed instructions on how to set up and access the ISPH Parent Portal. Please note that each parent will have received an individual email with setup codes, which are required to complete the steps below and access your child's reports.

Step 1 - Parent Portal Registration

Visit https://isphanoi.parents.isams.cloud/api/register/letter/ on your web browser.

You should be taken to the screen as shown below:

Enter your Registration Number and Registration Password, then click 'Register'.

Please note that these details are unique for each parent - please check your email from school to find your own number and password.

Step 2 - Account Setup

After entering your Registration Number and Registration Password, you should be taken to the Account Setup screen:

Enter the details as requested, including your email address, new password, title (e.g. Ms or Mr), forename and surname.

Then click 'Create Account'

Step 3 - Account Verification

After entering your account details, the following message will appear:

Please check your email and look for a new message called 'Parent Portal - Account Activation'.

In the email, click the 'verify email address' link:

Step 4 - Log in to the Parent Portal

After clicking the email link to verify your account, you can now log in to the Parent Portal:

Please enter the email address and password used to set up your account in Step 2, then click 'Sign In'.

You should be taken to the portal homepage as shown below:

Step 5 - Accessing your Child's Reports

Click 'School Reports' from the top menu:

To download your child's report, click the pdf icon in the download column. If this icon is not available, it may be that the report has not yet been published.

Please note that reports take time to be generated by the system, and as such can be published at differing times during any particular day of publication.

If you have more than one child at ISPH, please use the drop down menu to select your children:
