Happy Friday everyone.

We have had a lovely, busy first week back. Class teachers will post this term’s overview for learning on Google Classroom at the beginning of next week.

P7 will finish their block of swimming next week. P6 will commence their block of swimming on Monday  6th November.        Mrs Cameron will post details on Google Classroom.

Staffing

Following competitive interviews, we are delighted to welcome to our team Miss Munro who will teach P5 and Miss Trunk will carry out additional group teaching as part of our PEF plan.

Home School Partnership Learning

In autumn, many people celebrate t wewith Harvest Festival. Write a list of some of the foods that farmers grow on their land.

Go on an autumn walk and collect some autumn leaves. Use these leaves to make a picture or collage.

Whole School Disco

We will be hosting a whole school seasonal disco on 3rd November. Pupils are welcome to come to school dressed up for the day if they wish but we ask you to please be mindful of others and not wear scary costumes.  School uniforms expected for the rest of the week.

Pumpkin Trail at Eastgate Centre

✨Next Saturday 28th October come along and enjoy our fantastic FREE family adventure in Inverness City Centre from 10am-4pm, hunting for pumpkins in the shop windows 👀🎃

National Sleep Helpline

Having a sleep issue is surprisingly common. At any given time up to 40% of adults and 50% of children (this rises to 80% with a SEND diagnosis) have difficulties with their sleep.

The helpline is run by a team of specialist trained sleep advisors. Although they cannot give medical advice, they can talk through your issues, offer you some practical strategies and recommend services that could help.

Please see details below.
