Happy Thursday everyone!

We have come to the end of another busy and successful term.  Thank you to all of our parents and carers for supporting us this term and well done to all children for their hard work. It was lovely to see families taking part in the Easter Service yesterday. Today the pupils enjoyed an Easter Egg hunt in our garden. The sweets were donated by Graham Clark from Anderson Clark Garage.

World Water Day Assembly

Thank you to P5 pupils for leading the assembly yesterday.

"World Water Day focuses our attention on the global water crisis and to remind us of the importance of conserving water."

"Water plays a crucial role in our daily lives. Did you know that there are millions of people around the world who don’t have access to clean and safe drinking water?"

"There are 153 countries who share rivers and lakes. Only 24 of these countries have an agreement to share water."

"The United Nations aim for these countries to be able to share water peacefully with each other. "

Maths Challenge

Well done to P6 pupils who took part in Maths Challenge in Dingwall Academy with 30 other schools on Tuesday. The children had a great day and did really well!

Stay, Strong and Free

N5 and P1 children took part in the workshop to reinforce the key messages about bullying, strangers and secrets.

School Trips

Landmark - We have booked a Landmark trip for P1-P7 pupils on 23rd May. The cost of the trip is £15 per child.

Farmness - We have booked a Farmness trip for ELC pupils on 6th June. The cost of the trip is £9 per child.

We advise families to split the cost of the trip and pay monthly to the school office.

Home School Partnership Learning

All the children have been working hard this term. It's time to take a break, sit back and enjoy two weeks off. Here are some things we hope you mange to tick off:

On behalf of Central Team I would like to wish you a wonderful and relaxing Easter. 🐰

I hope everyone can spend time with loved ones and come back refreshed for the final term of this academic year.
