If you are experiencing problems with your STAR Printer, (i.e. not printing at all, extra long receipts, etc) use the following steps.
If the STAR printer is not printing receipts then the print queue is likley corrupted and will need to be cleared manually. This video will show you the steps for how on Windows 10.
If the receipt printer is not printing it's likely the print queue is in a "stuck" state. This will require manually clearing the printer queue.
To resolve the issue please follow the steps below or view the video at the top of the page.
From the Windows menu, search for Printers or Scanners.
Additionally, you can click on the Windows icon and then on Settings.
From Settings go to Printers and Scanners
From the Manage area, you will likely notice the printer says it is offline. From here you want to go to the Queue.
My STAR Printer is not printing receipts: Windows 10

Click on the printer then click on "Open print queue"
In the print queue you will clear/cancel all pending jobs.
Next, click Yes.
Next, you will reboot the computer.
Upon a reboot, preform a test print. The printer should now be printing. If it is not please log a support ticket.
