Follow these steps to setup your Mac to print on the new office printer.
Next, to setup macOS for the Office printer first open up Printers and Scanners in System Preferences 192.168.5.14
On the Select Software screen please do the following.
You will then see it look for the printer to add it.
On the next screen choose these specific settings:
Once you select these setting click OK.
Then rename the printer "Sharp Copier" or something you will remember.
Click OK and now you have setup the Sharp Printer correctly.
