First off, you can't just load them in any player on the market as it will just say it is unsupported. You will need VS Player to view them. This is available for macOS and Windows. (Mac version does currently have a bug that affects the display of the player but it does work.)
Once you have the app dowloaded and installed all you need to do is open the app and drag your videos into the playlist section of the app.
(Note the white line is a bug in the macOS version. You can still view and playback the videos.)
On the left hand side you can drag the files into there and they will add to the playlist. Or you can click open and then manually choose the file.
When you first load the file there will be some green boxes on the screen. These represent motion detection. You will want to switch this off.
