Follow these steps if your STAR printer is flashing red and blue, and won't print.
Occasionally the STAR printer at your station may do this. Usually, this indicates an issue with the paper roll inside the star printer. Sometimes it will be jammed, sometimes it will be as simple as a small bit of paper blocking the sensor.
Open the STAR printer's paper bay door with the lever/button on the top face.
Check your paper, make sure it is loaded correctly.
Check your sensor, and the the roller. These are right below the teeth on the cutter, where the print head is. Clear it of any fuzz or blockage with your finger, lightly. Any obstructions can stop the printer from completing jobs.
Close the lid back up and try to print again. If it prints and the light goes back to just blue, you're in the clear!
If this does not fix the problem, try restarting your STAR printer. If you still cannot print after this, please fill out a Help Desk ticket.
