Face coverings policy change effective 3/14/2022

Learn more about how AB46 Investments is going to determine ongoing masking efforts in the workplace.

Effective 3/14/2022, face coverings (masks), are now optional for employees to wear when inside their work location. Please review the following details regarding this update to our face coverings policy.

The CDC has released new guidance on COVID-19 prevention strategies, including masking. The guidance is based on current community data to determine the COVID-19 Community Levels which can be Low, Medium or High. In accordance with the CDC and the state and local health departments, AB46 Investments will utilize the CDC’s Community Level tool to help determine when face coverings are required.

AB46 Investments face covering requirements based on COVID-19 Community Levels:

As of the date of this posting, Pima county is currently at a MEDIUM level.

Regardless of the current community level, when employees have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, AB46 Investments will require employees to wear a mask. The Company will continue to provide masks to each work location for those who choose to wear them.

The updated company COVID-19 Vaccination Testing and Face Coverings Policy is attached here and takes effect today, 3/14/2022. If you have any questions, please contact the Human Resources department by emailing hr@ilava.com.
