The session began with an intercultural food-based ice-breaker using Food Mood, which mixes international recipes and vocabulary activities. We then shifted focus to 3D printing technologies.
We compared filament and resin printers, discussing materials, safety issues, and environmental impact. We reviewed model libraries such as Thingiverse, Cults3D, and MyMiniFactory, and experimented with modeling software like Tinkercad, Fusion 360, and Rhinoceros.
We also learned how to calibrate a 3D printer and prepare files using Easy Cura. Special attention was given to sustainable printing materials, including algae-based filaments like Algix. It was a very hands-on and technical session.
