The fourth day focused on teacher feedback. Through the "Feedback Bingo" activity, we explored different styles and techniques, reflecting on what makes feedback truly effective. We revisited the Johari Window, this time in an educational context, to help teachers identify their “blind spots” through peer feedback.
We practiced mentoring and self-assessment techniques in peer sessions, emphasizing active listening, reflective questioning, and setting small improvement goals. Coaching tools were also introduced to deepen teacher reflection and support meaningful learning processes.
A key part of the day was learning how to navigate difficult conversations. Using the "Yes, but… / Yes, and…" activity, we explored communication strategies for engaging with resistant individuals. We also discussed the true purpose of classroom observations—not just to correct mistakes, but to inspire and build teachers’ confidence.
The day concluded with a special cultural activity at 7:30 PM: a sunset boat cruise along the Danube, accompanied by an audio guide that allowed us to learn more about the city's landmarks and points of interest.
