On the third day, we addressed the potential harms of increasingly digital lifestyles. We analyzed the direct impacts on wellbeing, exploring topics such as mental health, digital dependency, and effects on concentration, memory, and learning.
We examined the influence of digital technology on life beyond the screen, considering aspects such as the depletion of time and attention, self-identity, social relationships, and the authenticity of experiences.
Likewise, we developed practical activities in class to examine the relationship between our digital habits and real life, reflecting on the value of various digital activities and our preferred allocation of time.
To conclude, we initiated our second experiment focused on exploring how our digital habits make us feel.
