We held the fourth day's session at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, the first large-scale cultural project in Europe to earn LEED Platinum certification.Â
We dedicated ourselves to creating a classroom environment conducive to open discussion about digital wellbeing. We addressed how to discuss sensitive topics with adolescents in the educational context, identifying the main challenges, effective strategies, and appropriate guidelines to facilitate these conversations.
Furthermore, we worked on structuring methodologies that allow students to articulate their personal experiences and connect them with broader issues related to digital wellbeing.
We conducted practical activities in class based on personal stories, exploring "the good, the bad, and the ugly" of digital life, which allowed us to share diverse perspectives on our experiences with technology.
To end the day, we launched our third experiment focused on minimal use of digital devices, seeking to observe the effects of this limitation on our daily routine.
