Adnabod rhifau 1-5. / Recognising numbers 1-5.
Mae nifer o weithgareddau posib i helpu gyda dechrau adnabod rhifau. Mae rhai syniadau isod a gellid eu haddasu fel bo' angen.
There are many simple practical activities available for helping with number recognition. There are some ideas below which can be adapted as appropriate.
2. Ffurfio rhifau 1-5 / Forming numbers 1-5.
Beth am feddwl am sawl ffordd wahanol o ymarfer ffurfio rhifau mewn ffordd ymarferol? Mae'n bosib defnyddio nifer o adnoddau gwahanol e.e. paent, botymau, peniau ffelt a.y.y.b. Gweler y syniadau isod.
Why not think about a number of different ways to begin to practise forming numbers in practical ways? It is possible to use different resources such as paint, buttons, felt pens etc. Have a look at some ideas below.
Gemau domino / Domino games.
Beth am greu gemau syml fel rhain er mwyn datblygu eich sgiliau adio? Y cwbl sydd angen yw set o ddominos a darnau o bapur gyda rhifau hyd at 12 (sef dwbl 6 ar floc domino). Adiwch y ddwy ochr ar y bloc domino a rhowch y domino ar y rhif cywir.
Why not create simple games such these in order to develop your addition skills? All that is required is a set of dominoes and pieces of paper/card numbered 0-12 (which is a double 6!). Add together the dots on both sides of each domino and place the domino tile on to the correct number.
Adolygu enwau rhannau'r corff / Revising the names of parts of the body:
Ar yr amlinelliad o gorff isod, helpwch eich plentyn i gwblhau'r 'corff' gyda e.e. llygaid, gwallt a.y.y.b. o'r rhestr isod. (Does dim angen i chi ddefnyddio'r holl eirfa.) Tra bod eich plentyn yn cwblhau llun y corff, trafodwch ac atgyfnerthwch yr eirfa isod gyda hi/fe.
Would you please help your child to complete the ‘body’ below by colouring an outfit, placing eyes, hair etc on the outline? (There is no need to complete the outline using all of the vocabulary below!) Whilst your child completes the task, discuss and reinforce the names of the different parts of the body with her/him.

2. Adnabod eich enw / Recognising your name:
Beth am ymarfer adnabod a ffurfio eich enw? Mae nifer fawr o syniadau ar gael ar gyfer gweithgareddau adnabod enw. Gallwch ddefnyddio llythrennau magnetig, torri llythrennau allan o gylchgronau, ffurfio mewn ewyn eillio, blawd ayyb neu ffurfiwch eich enw yn eich llyfrau.

How about practising recognising and forming your name? There are many examples and ideas available. You could use magnetic letters, cut letters out of magazines, in shaving foam, flour etc or write your name in your books.

Autumn is now upon us therefore why not create some creative work to reflect this? There are some ideas below, but there are many options available, depending on what resources you have at home or are able to collect whilst out walking!
