Beth sydd angen gwneud?

Heddiw ac yfory, mae Mr Ellis eisiau i chi ffilmio'ch hunan yn siarad am Fro Edern unwaith eto. Mae'r fideos hyd yn hyn wedi bod yn boblogaidd iawn gyda disgyblion bl 6, felly mae Mr Ellis yn cynllunio mwy, am nad oes diwrnodau pontio ar gyfer blwyddyn 6 eleni.

Bydd e'n defnyddio rhai o'ch fideos i ddangos i flwyddyn 6 ar gyfer pontio.

Drwy anfon fideo at Mr Ellis, rydych chi a'ch rhieni'n cytuno iddo fe ddefnyddio a dangos eich fideo ar gyfer pontio gyda bl 6. 🥇Tasg Aur: Clip 3:

Dewiswch bwnc gwahanol i sôn amdano, gan ddilyn yr un patrwm â chlip 2.

Parents: In today and tomorrow's focus tasks, Mr Ellis would like year 7 to film 3 short clips for him to use in videos to show year 6 for transition, because they will not be having any transition days this term. He will choose many of the clips to create a series of transition videos, similar to the ones already tweeted and on our YouTube account. The videos of year 7 pupils which derived from the last Transition focus task on 10 June have been very popular with year 6 pupils.
By sending a video to Mr Ellis, pupils and parents are agreeing for him to use them in online transition activity. The first clip just needs to be just 3 adjectives to describe Bro Edern, in the other 2 videos, pupils need to talk about 2 different subjects (not PE - it has been covered already in the existing videos). There are sentence patterns and instructions to help the pupils above. If parents do not want the video to be used for transition for a particular reason, please e-mail Mr Ellis. His address is on top of this website.

Filming:

• Pupils need to sit against a wall - ideally there would be a plain wall behind them.

• We need head and shoulders only in the video, but they need to fill the screen.

• The phone / iPad etc need to be held as landscape - the film needs to be the same shape as a TV / computer screen.

• Please send the film to Mr Ellis as a task via Google Classroom.

Forward planning: Tomorrow we will be doing the same again, but pupils will need to talk about the canteen and the food available.

Three times a week, pupils will have a maths quiz in Google Forms, in their Google Classroom. The other two days they will practise their times tables. Today is a times tables day.

The Google Forms have been set up by the Maths Department, complete with feedback and answers, so that pupils can have instant feedback within Google Classroom.

Parents: The fourth day of our Wimbeldon Week. We are trying to make up for the fact that the tennis championship has been cancelled. The videos represent different aspects of this impressive club and tournament. Today we look at the grass, and there is also footage from 1961 to see how things have changed (or haven't!)
