Today's featured task is a task from the Religious Education department, to be submitted through Google Classroom. Pupils need to read the Google Slides below and answer the questions on the individual Google Slides in Google Classroom. The task deals with the recent Black Lives Matter protests, and the debate around statues.

Our featured article shows photos from the anti-racism protest at Caernarfon in north Wales over the weekend. The photos show a variety of protest posters in Welsh and English which the pupils need to read.

Three times a week, pupils will have a maths quiz in Google Forms, in their Google Classroom. The other two days they will practise their times tables. Today is a times tables day.
The Google Forms have been set up by the Maths Department, complete with feedback and answers, so that pupils can have instant feedback within Google Classroom.

Pupils should have completed two Audible books by now, and should choose another. Some books are longer than others. Some may take more than a week to complete. Pupils should choose one and stick to it until the end, before choosing a new one. All the books listed are currently free of charge during the CoronaVirus outbreak.

Parents: Pupils need to choose one of Huw Aaron's Criw Celf lessons and follow the video all the way through, completing the drawing tasks and pausing the video, as necessary, to have enough time to complete their drawing work.
