Module 1

In Module 1 we have looked at how houses have changed over time in their design and the materials that have been used.  We have also learnt how houses have used in different ways over time.

Module 2

In module 2 we have been developing our awareness of the past by looking at toys.  We have looked at a variety of toys and sorted them into 'old toys' and 'new toys' according to their characteristics,  put them in chronologocal order and identified similarities and differences between old and new toys.  We were very lucky to visit the Guildhall Museum in Rochester to enhance our History learning too.  We were able to look at lots of different old toys and how they worked.  We were amazed by the Zoetrope!
