Coordinate Overall Workout
5 Day Workout Plan
Identify five dietary goals for your client (explain how these goals can help the client
Diet Tips- Protein, carbs, fats, water, Vitamins, Minerals and caloric intake
5 Day Sample Menu
Cardio Workout- 5 Day Plan
Keep in mind your clients’ needs and capabilities
Research and use various cardio activities
Description of each exercise and how it benefits the client
Muscular Strength-5 Day Plan
Design creative muscular strength and endurance plan
Meet your clients’ needs and capabilities
Research and use various strength/endurance workouts
Include at least 6 lower body and 6 upper body exercises
Warm Up/Cool Down/Flexibility
Design creative warm-ups/cool downs
Research and use 5 different warm ups and cool downs
