Design A Fitness Program
- Design a one month workout program
- Workout Program will Include:
- Cardio-Vascular Workout
- Muscular Strength Workout
- Flexibility
- Muscular Endurance
- Rest days
- You must research how many minutes a day you should be doing exercise
- You must research how many times you should be doing a particular component of fitness a week (example: flexibility 2-3 days)
- You may develop this workout using a calendar
- You will describe each exercise for the program on each day showing reps and sets for lifting (example: lifting: 3 x 12 (considered muscular endurance) chest press, military press, triceps pulls, up-right rows, floor press, cable machine single arm triceps push down
- You will describe each cardiovascular exercise, flexibility exercise as well (hamstring stretch, jogging, swimming, lower back stretch etc..)
- You may use pictures to show each exercise
- Use creativity
