Cardio-Vascular Heart Rate 
-  You will evaluate your Cardio-Vascular endurance by doing a three minute step test (You can use the Clock or watch to keep time)
 - Take your resting heart rate(Write this number down)
 - Step up onto the stepper with your right foot.  Bring up your left foot. Step back down with right foot first then left foot.
 - Continue stepping up and down for three minutes.  Try to maintain a pace of 24 steps per minute
 - Take your heart rate (Check your pulse rate against the chart to see how you did on the test)
