Boyd's Brainiacs is a group that meets monthly during lunches to learn about new innovative technology and try various activities. The students learned a variety of approaches to coding, AI art, game strategy, robotics and more. The lunch sessions always went by extremely fast. See some of the activities from each month below.
November: Marble Run Engineering and Stategy Games

In January the group learned more coding skills as they tried out CUE robots. They can drive, code, create faces and talk!
February: Funko Pop Yourself in Adobe Express! AI Stickers
Students learned about AI and safe use as middle schoolers. They tried out CodeBreaker to see if they could make poems about themselves. Then they tried out the Adobe Express challenge with AI art. They created themselves into the style of Funko Pop dolls and added in fun details. These were then turned into a sticker they could use.
