Welcome back from a much needed and much deserved Thanksgiving break! I hope you had time to reset, restart, and refocus! We have 14 days left to make this first semester everything we wanted it to be! I encourage you to hold yourself accountable and make sure you use EVERY one of these December days to get you and your students closer to the goals you have set together.
I am excited to kick off the 12 Days of Christmas on Thursday with the Simply Done Donuts truck sponsored by Syfan Logistics! The schedule is linked HERE. 🍩☕
If you haven't signed up to help with the Winter Festival on Friday, please do so! PTO does many things for us and it is our pleasure to give back some of our time to support their events. If you have questions about the Winter Festival, please reach out to Stephanie, Amanda, or Mandy (PTO reps).
We are excited to treat you all to a delicious lunch from Jaemor Farms on Thursday, Dec. 19, to celebrate the holidays. Please complete the order form linked HERE by Dec. 13. 🎄
Thank you again for all you do! I hope you have a great week. Please let me know how I can support you!
Welcome back! I hope you all had some much-needed and deserved downtime with your loved ones. We only have three weeks before the next break so let's make our time with these wildcats count! Growth happens in the consistency of day-to-day routines. During this time we know holiday activities are important and bring so much joy to students, please remember to balance the literacy and math components you are skipping so one component is not completely removed during the last three weeks of the semester. Let's finish strong so our students can too!
It is time to start thinking about the 2025-2026 school year. Please complete the Employee Intent Form by Wednesday, December 18. Reach out to Alli or me if you have any questions.
PBIS: Our next PBIS Celebration is next Friday, December 13. We will have our next celebration in the lunchroom. We will celebrate with a winter-themed movie, hot chocolate, and cookies. Homeroom teachers, place the names of students attending the PBIS Winter Celebration here AND classroom Dojo Winner here by Wednesday, December 11.
RTI/MTSS: We just wrapped up our second round of Tier 3 meetings and they went so well because of each of you involved. Thanks to everyone who helped make this process smooth and impactful. Our next round will be January 8 & 9, stay tuned for that schedule.
💡Bright Spots💡Congratulations to December's TOTM Chelsea Beard and SMOM Faith Boatwright! Thank you both for your dedication and all you do for your wildcats. We appreciate you! Please vote for the January TOTM and SMOM here by Wednesday, December 18.
Please send up those PAWS'itive Office Referrals! Seeing the bright spots in our students helps make a positive impact on student behaviors and truly brightens their day and ours!
The PBIS team needs a few metal coffee pots. If you have one like the one pictured to the left, we would love to borrow it for the hot chocolate on Friday, December 13! Please reach out to Beth. Thank you!

Christmas Giving:
If you or your family are interested in sponsoring a family for Christmas, please reach out to Taylor Kizziah at hallcountychristmas@gmail.com.You can pick which kids you donate to, however, she does ask that siblings are grouped together to ensure everyone in the house has a gift. I should be getting a list of kids and who they are paired with, then I'll be able to see if any of our students don't have a donor.
Classroom Guidance:
Please continue to sign up for the Safer, Smarter Kids lesson! My goal is to finish all classes before Christmas Break. Sign up HERE.
If you are curious in what lessons your class has had/still needs, you can look at the second tab at the bottom on here where I have all the lessons given by the class.
Winter Cold:
If you notice a child in your class doesn't have a coat or mentions being cold at their house without the proper necessities, please let me know! That is the easiest donation I can get and I want to make sure we don't have any cold students!
Sneaky Santa:
Sneaky Santa will begin December 16! If you would like to participate, please join at this link! You will be paired with someone on December 9th and have a week to shop for them! Each day of the last week before break will have a theme:
