Congratulations to the students and parents of the Graduating Class of 2024!  It is always special to watch each 8th-grade student walk across the stage. For those parents who graduated your last and/or only child through Golf on Tuesday, I hope you leave with fond memories of your experience at Golf and I wish you and your family the best in the future! 

A HUGE thank you to the PTA for helping plan a delicious lunch and fun activities for students at the end-of-year parties. The fifth grade had their party yesterday and the sixth grade had their party today at National Park. Boy did mother nature deliver TWO beautiful days for our parties!  Students had a wonderful time and we extend a HUGE THANK YOU to the parents for their time and help!  We are so lucky to have such a supportive and gracious PTA!  The seventh graders have their end of year party on Tuesday... Come on mother nature... One more! 

Next week, we have several finalizing events:

Monday

• Marvelous Monday Schedule (FYI - lunch/recess will be earlier 11:33-12:13) 

Tuesday

• 1. 1. • Regular day - students follow regular schedule

        • Seventh-grade end-of-year party at National Park

Wednesday

• Our Field day will be held Wednesday morning, thanks to the help of our student council!

• Chromebook turn-in ($300 to replace chromebook and $30 to replace charger).

• Locker cleanout for GRADES, 5, 6, and 7. Please send a grocery bag or some kind of bag for them to put all of their belongings in.

Thursday

• Last day of school!

• 7th grade - special "blankets and breakfast"

• End-of-year "move up" assembly

• Dismissal at 10:22 am

End of Year Fine Information  – Students will need to return all library books, textbooks, Chromebook ($300 if lost), Chromebook charger ($30 if lost), etc.  Students also need to be in good standing with their accounts.  All of these items OR payment for missing items are due by Thursday, June 6th, but PLEASE do not wait until the last day of school.  PLEASE check Infinite Campus for any outstanding fees.

Did you miss ordering a yearbook online?  You are in luck! The yearbook cost is $20. You can pay cash or Checks can be made payable to Golf School District 67, while supplies last. See the flyer here.  Don't remember if you ordered a yearbook?  Feel free to call the office or email Ms. Raymundo or Ms. Casto and they can let you know.

REMINDER - IMPORTANT Message about Infinite Campus from Dr. Coleman - Our Student Information System, Infinite Campus, will be under construction from May 31, 2024, through June 16, 2024. Click here for more information.

REMINDER - Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open for families of returning Golf School District 67 students.

To get started, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your Infinite Campus Portal account, select “More” from the bottom left corner, and click “Online Registration.”

2. Choose “Existing Student Registration” and click “Begin Registration” to review and update your household and contact information.

Ongoing reminders... Thank you for helping your middle schooler remember these three things EVERY DAY:

1. 1. 1. Bring a fully CHARGED Chromebook to school.

      2. Wear their school lanyard and student ID to school.

      3. Arrive ON TIME to school. Students should be sitting in their seats by 8:20 am (best to drop off by 8:10 am).
