1) As the professor is sharing their whiteboard, you will see a green bar across the top that says “You are viewing *PROFESSOR’S NAME* screen.” To the right of this will be a black button that says “View Options” with a down arrow. Click here
2) This will prompt a menu. From this menu, click Annotate. You will now see the following menu come up:
3) To hand write something, click the button with the line that looks like a wave and says “Draw” beneath it.
4) If you would like to type something (in Arabic or English) click on the button that has a “T” and says “Text” beneath it.
5) To change the color of your pen, click on the square that says “format” beneath it.
6) If you made a mistake, click the counter clockwise arrow that says “Undo” beneath it
7) To move a piece of text you inserted, after you have clicked outside of the textbox, you will need to click select and then move said text.
8) If you want to erase something click the eraser button
9) To erase the entire whiteboard, click the button that looks like a trash can and says “Clear” beneath it.
PLEASE NOTE Your professor and all students in the class are able to see everything you put on the board.
