How to Lock Your Zoom meeting through the Participant Menu:
Once you have started your Zoom meeting, make sure all expected participants are present. To do this, select the option that says “Participants” on the bottom of your Zoom screen.
Once you have verified that all expected participants are in the meeting, you can proceed with locking your Zoom meeting. Once this is locked, no new participants can join even if they have the meeting link / ID and password.
In the bottom right of the participant menu, click the button that says “more”
A menu will pop up. Here, click the option that says “Lock meeting”

On the bottom of your Zoom Screen, you will see an icon that looks like a shield and beneath it says “Security.” Click on this icon.
You will now see a menu pop up above the icon. Select the top option that says “Lock Meeting”
