What does it mean to be a good communicator?
If you are a good communicator you can put across your thoughts and ideas in a way that is easy to understand as well as listening to others instructions and ideas. You will find that depending on the job you apply for you will need to be good at different types of communication such as verbal, digital, written, visual and non verbal.
You will have to clearly communicate with colleagues and work together, communicating clearly will help this process run smoothly.
You will sometimes have to deliver feedback that may not be what your colleague was looking for. Clear communication can help decrease conflict.
