Seek out opportunities, one way you an do this is to find out an industry placement which will help you on your career journey. You will develop key insight into the world of work and the career you would like to go into. Work placements are unpaid but they bring you so much value and you will develop vital skills and stand out to employers when you leave college.
Self motivation is a big aspect of the business mindset. Being motivated to hold yourself accountable to complete your work and drive ideas forward. examples of this at college could being motivated to show up to your lessons, completing assignments and finding opportunities to help support your career journey such as an industry placement.
