What does it mean to have a good level of empathy?
If you are empathic you are able to have a good understanding of what life is like for people who are different to you. This means you are able to work harmoniously with your colleagues to achieve a shared goal.
Having a good work ethic also means you are self aware.

Ask questions, this shows your interest that you have for your peers and learning about their perspectives and life experience, this also helps you to develop deeper understanding of others.
