Empathetic is being able to recognise emotions in others, and to understand other people's perspectives on a situation.
What does it mean to have a good level of empathy?
If you are empathic you are able to have a good understanding of what life is like for people who are different to you. This means you are able to work harmoniously with your colleagues to achieve a shared goal.
Having a good work ethic also means you are self aware.
