How to make a reservation/予約方法 (from September 2022)
When you want to refill liquid nitrogen (LN2), you need to carry the LN2 tank to the collecting site (outside of 118, just beside the door from 118 to outside). Then, the tank is collected by UT Cryogenic Research Center at 8:00AM on weekdays, and the refilled tank is brought back to the collecting place around 9:00-12:00AM.
It is okay to carry out the LN2 tank in the evening. You must carry it in on the next day (within the day when the tank is refilled).
Main usage purpose of LN2: vacuum evaporator, PL, MoS2CVD
液体窒素のタンクを118室の外の回収場所(118から外につながるドアを開けたすぐ横)に置くと，平日朝8時ごろに回収されて，液体窒素が充填されたものが9-12時に届きます．
前日の夕方などにタンクを外に出し，翌日(充填された日)のうちに回収しましょう．
外から中に入れるときは窒素が充填されて重くなっているうえに少し上り坂の段差を超える必要があり大変かつ危険．倒さなないように細心の注意を払いつつ二人以上で搬入するのがベスト
現在の液体窒素の主な用途：地下の蒸着・PL，1階のMoS2CVD
