Linear stage: OSMS26-50(X)-M6 (OptoSigma) to move ND filter
Half-wave plate: アクロマティック波長板 25.4mm/11.5mm CA λ/2 VIS (Edmund Optics) to rotate the polarization
Rotational stage: X-RSW60A (Zaber) for the rotation of the half-wave plate
Galvano mirror: GVS011/M (Thorlabs) to scan the laser position (not the stage position)
Objective lens: MPLFLN50XBDP (Olympus) for normal measurement, LCPLFLN20XLCD (Olympus) for measurements in the chamber
Power meter: S120C (Thorlabs), PM100USB This one? or renewaled? (Thorlabs)

Spectrometer: HRS-300 (Teledyne Princeton Instruments), Grating: (1: mirror, 2: 300g/mm 750g/mm, 3: 1200g/mm blaze 500nm)
Detector: PIXIS100BRX (Teledyne Princeton Instruments)
Edge filter & Notch filter: Ultrastepp long pass filter 532USLPF-25.0 (IRIDIAN), Notch filter: NF533-17 (thorlabs)

Translation stage: FCCC293-M04-22001A (controller: FC-411 *2, cable: PM-CA-2 *3) (Sigma Koki)
Heating stage: 10042D (Linkam)
Photodetector: PDA36A2 (Thorlabs) or auto focusing and alignment, 2100/100 (Keithley) to read the signal from the photodetector
