· Takeda CR user manual pdf (JPN) (EN)
· The entrance of Takeda CR is at the B2 floor in Takeda-Sentanchi building in Asano campus. After you get entry license, you can unlock the door by your student ID card. Even if you do not have entry license, you can fill in the log sheet at the entrance and enter CR together with someone who has license.
· Available time is basically 8:00~21:00 on weekday. You must send an email to the administrators for overtime work beforehand. More than two persons are required for overtime work.
· Normal papers are not allowed to be brought into CR. Clean papers are placed in the access way in CR, and you can freely use them. A PC and a printer are also placed at the access way, and you can print manuals and so on via USB memories or Web-storages. You can bring cell phones, laptop PCs, etc after removing dusts in the dressing room. You are not allowed to enter within 40min after smoking.
· Chimical ID is required for using chemicals and fume hoods.
· 浅野キャンパスの武田先端知ビル地下2階に入り口がある．入室ID取得後に学生証をカードリーダーにかざすとドアが開く．入室IDを持っていない人は，入り口の紙に名前等を記入した上で，ID所有者と一緒に入室することはできる．
· 平日の8~21時が通常の利用時間．それ以外の時間・休日に特に施錠等されるわけではないが，時間外利用する場合は事前に残業届けをメールで提出する．残業は安全のために二人以上での入室が必要．
· クリーンペーパー以外の紙類は持込禁止．クリーンペーパーは連絡通路にあり自由に使用可．連絡通路にPCとプリンターがあり，使用可．USBメモリやウェブストレージからマニュアル等を印刷できる．携帯電話，ノートPC等は更衣室でほこりを除去した上で持ち込み可．喫煙後40分間入室禁止．
· 薬品・ドラフトの使用には薬品使用IDが必要．
· Attend the lecture taken place once a year on around May, and submit an application form. Other than the lecture on May, you can ask the administrators to hold lectures.
· 年1回5月ごろに開催される講習会に参加し，申請書を提出する．5月以外にも個別に連絡をとれば開催してくれる．
· Firstly you need to get “Environment and Safety Course Certification(Environmental ID)". See (English link).
· After you receive the Environmental ID, fill in the form for chemical ID (pdf) and submit it to room 312.
· まず環境安全講習修了証を得ることが必要．
· 修了証を得るには，環境安全講習会に参加し講習試験に合格すること，環境安全研究センター施設見学会に参加することが必要．(「安全講習会」というものも別に存在するが，ここでは関係ない．) (Link)
· 環境安全講習会：年10回ほど開催，英語は年2回(Link).各開催日の1ヶ月程前に情報ポータルサイト(Link)にお知らせがでるので，メールで事前申込を行い参加する．マークシートのテストあり．
· 環境安全研究センター施設見学会：開催日を確認しメールで事前申込を行い参加する．(Link)
· 修了証が届いたら，薬品管理システム使用ID発行願い(pdf)に修了証ID等を記載して，管理室(312)へ提出．
