依頼主欄に「自分の名前」と「研究室名」を書く．必ず両方書く．例：丸山茂夫(丸山・千足研究室)
内容物はそれなりに詳しく書く．"サンプル"ではだめ．シリコン基板とか炭素粉末とか書く．
可燃性溶媒は送れない．

宛名表を貼った箱を2号館3階の機械系事務室に持って行き，事務室の人に渡す．

Fill in all necessary filed of the label.
Please write "your name" and "Maruyama-Chiashi Lab" in the From Column. Don't forget to write both. Example: Shigeo Maruyama (Maruyama-Chiashi Lab)
Write the content of the item properly. Just "Sample" is insufficient. Write as, for example, silicon substrates, carbon powder, and so on.
Combustible solvent is not allowed.
(EMS) Make your account and input all the information needed online. Print out "dispatch note" and paste it on the package.
(EMS) Attach "Declaration form for international mail".
Bring your package with label to Mech Eng Office on 3rd floor in Eng Bldg 2 and give it to any of office staffs.
Shipping fee is paid by Dept of Mech Eng.
