20150108 You are recommended to check the z-axis scale of N-point scanner by yourself or use the tube scanner if you need high-resolution measurement. The N-point scanner has been unstable. Inoue

20121102 The new scanner was found to show mirror-reversed images due to a failure. It will not be fixed. Please reverse images after measurement using some image editing. (Correct (not mirror-riversed) images are taken by the old scanner.) Inoue
20121009 Calibration of new scanner may be OK. You need to turn on/off the scanner controller in addition to the station. (See new manual.) Appropriate values of I- and P-gain are different from the case of old scanner. Relatively lower values seem to be suitable. Inoue
20120927 It takes about 15 min to change the new scanner to the old scanner or vice versa. Please let me know if you would like to change the scanners. Inoue
20120917 A new piezoelectric scanner is available. However, z-axis calibration of the new scanner hasn't been completed yet. It will be done soon. Inoue
