By the end of 3rd grade students are expected to be fluent with multiplication and division facts within 100. This includes multiplication facts where the numbers multiplied are between 0 and 10 and the related division facts. Fluent means that a child can recall the fact within several seconds without the use of fingers, manipulatives or counting. To develop fluency with division facts, students think of the related multiplication facts. Below are links to several games for fun practice.
